Granite Building Warranties sourced a selection of warranty policies for MPM Partnership (Ox) Ltd who were undertaking a high value  conversion in the heart of Oxford.  MPM acquired this substantial Victorian building in the affluent Summertown area of Oxford and are converting the building into six high quality apartments.

As with all conversions and refurbishments, there are daily challenges and therefore it is vital the right warranty provider is selected from the start, who has experience of dealing with this type of development. International Construction Warranties (ICW) are working with MPM as the new home warranty provider and to date all is going well.  The project is due for practical completion in the summer of 2020 and we will provide an update and more photos in due course.

Case Study Update: High Value Conversion

MPM Partnership (Ox) Ltd is pleased to confirm the completion of this uniquely individual conversion at Mount House, Northmoor Road, Oxford.  The development is located in the heart of the North Oxford Conservation Area. 10 minutes’ walk from Oxford City Centre and 55 minutes by train to London Paddington.
