The 4 stage building Work warranty process

• Stage one

  Contact Granite today! We will take your initial enquiry and request supporting information, such as construction drawings and progress with our panel.

• Stage Two

  A comprehensive selection of warranty quotes will be provided by Granite, highlighting the warranty policy terms from each insurer and providing a clear view of the market. Granite will talk you through the various stages going forward.

• Stage Three

  On instruction to proceed with a recommended insurer, payment is made for the policy. Following receipt of cleared funds, the surveyors will be instructed to commence their site inspection/s.

• Stage Four

  Following the completion of site inspections, sign-off by the warranty surveyor and practical completion being achieved, Granite will assist with the submission of paperwork/documents and obtain the certificates from the insurers via the online portal. Following surveyor sign-off and receipt of all technical information, certification will then be issued within 3-5 working days.
